pihak kami (PMC) telah mendapatkan supplier konkrit dan harga seperti yg tercatat di quotation yg dilampirkan (kt opis la tapinya..). kemudian, client mintak nego harga.. mean, to reduce the rate/price..
then, negotiation dibuat melalui meeting @ rundingan. then pihak supplier refuse to reduce the rate because of 4 reasons:
1. the increase in sand price
2. the increase in raw material price, such as ex-quarry materials
3. the increase in diesel price
4. the increase in (apa tak ingat plak.. tp macam sbb inflation tah apa itu)
so, tulis surat kt client, bgtau pasal itu. if they need further negotiation, please discuss directly to the supplier's representative..
itu sahaja utk hari ini.
sebelum berpisah, sapa bleh bgtau, berapa harga tiang letrik kt putrajaya ni.. aku nak tau gak ni.. hm..
