1. MOSQUE - Main Building Works, M & E Services, Infra. and Landscape Works
(1st draft of tender document)

- Vet through the draft of tender document and prepare a table of query list for QS consultant to amend.

- To check roughly the contract part especially the order of all forms and bills, and ensure the Instruction and Tendering Conditions suit with the contract.

2. MOSQUE - Overall

- Prepare cost comparison between Cost Plan No 11 and Cost Plan No 12.

3. MOSQUE - Skylight

- List down all the outstanding supporting documents and tasks / action to be taken by KSSB in the finalization of contract document preparation.

I attended a meeting which called:

2 perkara..

1. I received 1st draft tender document for main building from QS to vet through..

2. I sat next to the chairperson.. ^_~

..kaget.. hahaha..

>> pura2 concentrate.. hehehe..

hari keenam..

pada hari ini, saya mengarang surat.. surat apa? meh saya huraikan situasinya..

pihak kami (PMC) telah mendapatkan supplier konkrit dan harga seperti yg tercatat di quotation yg dilampirkan (kt opis la tapinya..). kemudian, client mintak nego harga.. mean, to reduce the rate/price..

then, negotiation dibuat melalui meeting @ rundingan. then pihak supplier refuse to reduce the rate because of 4 reasons:

1. the increase in sand price
2. the increase in raw material price, such as ex-quarry materials
3. the increase in diesel price
4. the increase in (apa tak ingat plak.. tp macam sbb inflation tah apa itu)

so, tulis surat kt client, bgtau pasal itu. if they need further negotiation, please discuss directly to the supplier's representative..

itu sahaja utk hari ini.

sebelum berpisah, sapa bleh bgtau, berapa harga tiang letrik kt putrajaya ni.. aku nak tau gak ni.. hm..

camna la dia mould eh?

>> cuti raya sudah di ambik.. raya haji dan krismes.. ho..ho..ho..

nmpknya saya membuat kerja yg sama seperti semalam..

bezanya hanyalah sy kena jumpa bos, mintak sain untuk fax dokumen..
next week bos dah start cuti.. sapai lepas krismes baru masuk agaknya..

hari keempat..

harini check draf tender dokumen..
nak kena check sblm panggil org masuk tender.

projek: Phase 2B1, Nusajaya (marine work & road work)

abg yg suka gelak kuat tu mintak aku baca draf tu, pahtu komen mana yg tak puas hati, tak lawa, tak center, ejaan tak btol, info tak lengkap, tertinggal, terlebih, tak guna.. suma2 la.. sampaikan dia kata..

"kalau awak rasa cover tender tu tak lawa, awak design sendiri la susunan dia ikut suka.. yg sedap di tgk dan mudah difahami.. pahtu table of content dia susun la ikut logik.. ikut awak la camna pon.."

sampai camtu skali.. dah takdak keja la tu.. bab2 susun atur ni, mmg bes tahap esbestos.. elok sgt la tu. tp takleh la buat cover mcm buat scrap book. bos aku tikam guna pen senyap-senyap sat lg. hahaha..

pahtu login ID utk pc pon dah dpt. baru la blh mentenet dengan cargas.. hehe.. btw, sapa nak email, email kt farah.cheani@ksamudra.com.my

hari ketiga..

harini bos aku suh check dokumen Final Account.
2 projek skolah..
1. sek keb bukit jalil
2. sek keb apa ntah.. (lupa.. muda2 lg)

hm.. caranya mudah saja..

1. tgk figure yg transfer ke cert tu btol @ tally ke tak ngan calculation..
2. pahtu check summary of payment
3. make sure all related documents cukup misalnya, ada hardcopy of CF (termasuk surat sokongan dari local authorities), CMGD, dan cert2 yg berkaitan..

itu saja..

>> harini dah apply cuti utk raya haji ngan krismes.. tp kira unpaid. sbb takleh ambik lg cuti tahunan.. baru 3 hari masuk la..
